These strong relationships have been forged, and these companies continue to return to us, due to the level of service we provide our tenants.
In-house Technology
We have leading edge marketing systems and technology, including the most advanced booking system that functions 24 hours per day and updates owners in real time, as well as providing access to records electronically for both landlords and tenants. We also conduct thorough background checks including the reports available on the National Tenancy Database and ‘TICA’. We always ensure all reference checks such as financial and personal references are completed thoroughly, including contacting the applicants’ next-of-kin to ensure the integrity of the information that we have received.
Detailed Reporting
Conducted every four months, routine inspection reports are highly detailed in recording every aspect of a property. We like to think of our reports as ‘health checks’; itemising all components that come together to present a well maintained home. Supporting the written report are photographs which provide further assurance for both landlords and tenants that the condition of the property is completely accurate as recorded. In addition to routine inspection reports, comprehensive entry and exit reports are also collated for properties.
